At Vorst&Bosch, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return a product, and we want to make this process as easy as possible. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all our products, except for custom items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows any signs of wear and tear or damage.
Custom Items
Please note that custom items cannot be returned or refunded. We make every effort to ensure that all custom orders are produced to your exact specifications. However, once the production process has begun, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations to the order. If there is an issue with the quality of the custom item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Additionally, please note that laser-engraved pads cannot be returned or refunded. Once a pad has been laser-engraved, it cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for laser-engraved pads. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask that you carefully review all customization options before placing your order.

If you wish to return a close-up table, please note that the shipping costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you carefully review all product specifications before placing your order to avoid the need for a return. How to Return a Product
If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service team at help@premiummagic.nl. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. Please make sure to include the return authorization number with the returned product to ensure a timely refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
